Applicants must fill out the online form at https://reurl.cc/qnxxZD and download the application form from the department website. After completing the form, it must be signed by the advising professor and submitted electronically to the department office before May 11.

• Poster size: 80 cm (width) × 110 cm (height). Participants must print and post their own posters.
• Participants must print and keep their posters themselves and bring them to the venue for display on the event day.
• Graduate students admitted in the 112th academic year (and earlier) must present at least once at an internal or external conference (including the department’s Columbus Award) during their studies.
• Graduate students admitted from the 113th academic year onward must participate in the department’s Columbus Award competition and present at least once at an external conference during their studies.
